Returns
We have a 14-day refund guarantee. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging is not required.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Please contact us if you believe this may apply to your situation.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. You will also receive an automated refund confirmation email.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company—there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank—processing times may vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded at their original price.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same or a different item, please email us at support@ankhor.shop, and we will provide further return instructions.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
